TUITION
Tuition will be $360 (June 25 - June 29)
$300 (July 2, 3, 5, 6 *July 4th - No Camp),
$630 (2 weeks June 25 - July 6)
$175 for the College Prospect Program (July 3rd).
This cost includes: showcase format, Softball t-shirt and secondary medical insurance.
Team rates will be given upon request.
FAMILY DISCOUNT
$50 off Total Tuition if 2 children enroll for 1 week. $75 off
Total Tuition when 2 children attend both weeks. In addition, each child also
receives our 2 Week discounted tuition rate. These reductions also apply to

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be $135 per week throughout Nassau, Suffolk and Queens. This service will be door to door, however, we will offer key location pickup in outlying areas of Suffolk (east of the Smithaven Mall or Sayville RR Station). Mahanattan door to door service will be $150 per week.
LUNCH
Hot lunches will be served in the Student Union Cafeteria. The fee for this service is $35 per week. In lieu of the lunch option, students may bring their own lunch which will be refrigerated. Cold drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.
HEALTH STATEMENT
Each participant must provide us with a completed Health Statement signed by your physician. Any special limitations and/or required medications must be clearly listed. Our health form will be sent to you upon receipt of your application. Students will not be allowed to participate in our program without this health statement. Those choosing the swim option must include a record of immunization.
MEDICAL CARE
The Softball Academy will have a trainer/EMT on duty at all times.
EQUIPMENT
Students must bring their own bat and glove. Non-metal spikes are required. Players must wear either shorts or softball long pants at all times. All other equipment necessary for your daughter’s instruction will be provided by the New York Softball Academy.
SWIM (optional)
Players have an opportunity to choose an optional swim period daily when parent has selected “yes” to the swim option on the application. Approximately 30 minutes of supervised swimming will be integrated into the daily schedule. The pool facility is adjacent to the playing fields.
TIME
Programs start promptly at 930 a.m. and Parent pick up/Buses depart at 4:00 p.m.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Scheduled non-refundable deposit submitted with each application.
All transportation cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the Monday start of each week or the transportation charge will be incurred.
